Our volunteers are an important asset to our organization and do a remarkable job helping in almost every capacity of our organization. Last year, YWCA NH hosted 268 volunteers who contributed more than 7,150 hours of service. We couldn’t do it without their commitment and support!

ACERT Specialist
Classification: Full Time (40 hours per week)
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Department: REACH Crisis Services
The Adverse Childhood Experiences Response Team (ACERT) is a response team that can be deployed from the Police Department to serve children who have been exposed to violence and/or other traumatic events. The team will assess the situation and determine the next steps that could be taken for the child such as support groups, mental health counseling, early childhood education, or child-parent psychotherapy.
