YWCA NH VOLUNTEER PROGRAM

Our volunteers are an important asset to our organization and do a remarkable job helping in almost every capacity of our organization.  Last year, YWCA NH hosted 268 volunteers who contributed more than 7,150 hours of service.  We couldn’t do it without their commitment and support!

Crisis Line Advocate – Provide advocacy and support on our 24-hour crisis hotline and education and outreach.

Custodian

Classification: Part Time (20-30 hours per week)
Pay Rate: Starting at $15.00 per hour
Department: Administration

Part-time Facilities Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the cleanliness and appearance of the YWCA NH and Emily’s Place. This position requires a dependable, organized, detailed oriented and highly motivated person to work in our non-profit facilities.

Development Coordinator

Classification: Part Time (20 hours per week)
Pay Range: $27.00-$32.00 per hour
Department: Community Outreach

The Development Coordinator, in conjunction with the YWCA NH Leadership team is responsible for creating and implementing an overall development strategy for YWCA NH. 

Facilities Operations Manager

Classification: Full Time (40 hours per week)
Pay Rate: (Salaried): 29.00-34.00 per hour
Department: Administration

The Facilities Operations Manager will perform varying and complex responsibilities in a high-visibility, fast-paced environment to ensure accomplishment of YWCA NH’s overall mission. Primary duties include providing operational and facility support to YW staff and onsite partners at each of our facilities located in New Hampshire

Chief Diversity Officer-Part Time

Classification: Part Time (20-30 hours per week)
Pay Range: (Salaried): $41.00-$46.00 per hour
Department: Administration

The Chief Diversity Officer (CDO) is an senior leadership role, reporting directly to the CEO. The Chief Diversity Officer serves as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, partnering with other senior leaders to develop and drive forward the key strategies of the organization.
