For 101 years, YWCA NH has provided vital services for women, children, and families in our community. We are the oldest women’s organization in New Hampshire and since 1928 we have charted a course to support women, girls, and families from all different backgrounds and communities across New Hampshire. Today, we are more than our history. Today’s YW is a safe place. We operate the third largest crisis services program for survivors of domestic and sexual violence in the state.
Today’s YW is welcoming. We host the SNHU Center for New Americans which provides mentorship, cultural orientation, college preparation, and college-level courses and degrees for local immigrants and refugees. Today’s YW is open to everyone. Our doors are open to people from all backgrounds, walks of life, races, and religions. We are dedicated to promoting peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all.
Join us as we celebrate today’s YW.
